Log:
  New port: biology/p5-transdecoder
  
  TransDecoder identifies candidate coding regions within transcript
  sequences, such as those generated by de novo RNA-Seq transcript
  assembly using Trinity, or constructed based on RNA-Seq alignments
  to the genome using Tophat and Cufflinks.
