The hot boot logs are truncated from /var/log/messages directly at the poin=
t of
BOOT. Everything else before that is from a previous boot instance.

The 'dmesg' output with the print patch will immediately overload the dmesg
ring buffer so I wouldn't be able to get the output of the beginning of the
boot sessions through it after doing 'kldload snd_hda'.=20

Regarding your other comment about the other bug, just it seems to be simil=

if not identical.
