You shouldn't need it.  Don't select the bottom option in sysinstall --
it's for preset installs only.

Odd for that to happen on an initial load.  It's a known 2.2.6 bug tho,
see http://www.freebsd.org/releases/2.2.6R/errata.html for a solution.
