On doc@FreeBSD.org there are people working with documentation, on freebsd-geom@freebsd.org there are people working with the GEOM framework (which could be used for RAID-1 for example) on questions@freebsd.org there are people that are willing to help you troubleshooting your problems. But as mentioned before, this is not a Problem Report so it shouldn't be in the GNATSdb at all.
