After you run cvsup, you should run "portsdb -Uu" to update your INDEX
file. Otherwise the contents will very likely be out of date.
> # cd /usr/ports/sysutils/mkisofs

mkisofs is now part of sysutils/cdrtools. So if you:
# cd /usr/ports/sysutils/cdrtools
# make install clean
That should install 'mkisofs' for you.
