No, I said I am OK with your change.  However, unless I am mistaken, I
don't think putting a maintainership request in a PR is enough.  It
should be followed up with a direct email.  If you then get no
response to that for a period of time, then it's OK to take
maintainership explicitly.

If a PR is timing out, it's unlikely that the maintainer saw the contents.

No harm done, just clarifying my interpretation of the community
customs.  I'll let others chime in if I am incorrect.
