Well I know it should work because a friend and I did the patches to
telnetd, et al, and it works on my system. I assume that you are using
2.2.7 or a recent incarnation of -Stable? If so, I think Doug White had
it right, try 'killall gettytab' (they'll restart) and if it still
doesn't work, reboot. If THAT doesn't work, something is seriously
wrong.
