Some things about this patch.

* Instead of using broken with an if, use option helpers. GTKBACKEND_BROKEN=
=3D
This is broken.
* Remove the bsd.port.options.mk. This is not needed.
* I don't know why the .pre/post.mk files are being added, why is this?
