Nor does booting with or without ACPI. What is the method to back out libpthread support? Wanted to test that next. The nvidia-driver works on iso-image 2/22/2004 which does not include libpthread, as well as being more stable in general. 5.2.1-Current worked when there were hanging dependencies which were cleaned out with a new buildworld buildkernel cycle.
