FreeBSD doesn't run under windows.  Windows has enough problems
running under windows. Just my opinion.

Only one OS can be running at at time.  Both may coexist on the
same system, but one or the other will be selected at system
boot.  Software is provided which does the boot selection from
the master boot record at power up.
