I would like to try using the Jini framework to turn it into a distributed app. Unfortunately, Jini requires jdk1.2, which is not yet available on FreeBSD. However, I was recently told that there is a fairly complete developers implementation in circulation. I'd really appreciate any information on how I might get a developers version of the 1.2 jdk for use in my Jini experiments.
