  Basically, I need a centralized database which can be accessed via telnet,
to create/delete/modify user accounts on a mini-isp... I'll be setting up a
FreeBSD box as an internet gateway and will need to easily add users, web
space, email, quotas, etc. all with one script...  adduser just isn't powerful
enough...
