Do you have any keywords for the search archive regarding this drive and dump(8) not working. I've scoured as much as I possibly could and haven't found anything conclusive. Does anybody on this list know? We're using a Seagate TapeStor 8000 (sa0: ). Surely somebody running -STABLE has one of these drives and is using it with dump(8) and restore. I've not tried anything like tar or cpio/afio yet, but will soon. It's just a bummer not having dump(8) Work (tm). If anybody has a dump(8) command that makes the TapeStor 8000 happy, could you please post to his list?
