(e.g. sleep) If it does, then please try out using the "zzz" command both from console a= nd from xorg, with the SC console enabled and without (!) KMS driver loaded. I ask because I would be curious to know whether my assumption is true that suspend/resume will work fine with (and _only_ with) this configuration.
