Yes.  Including the secure sockets layer (credit card authentication) stuff.

Yes for many of them.  FreeBSD does not have IBCS2 install tools,
however, so installation can be tricky if the software uses SVR3
or SCO package installation (ie: it took me an hour longer than
it would have to install SVR3 Sybase for a Human Genome Project
database mirror for a geneticist friend of mine).
