For those of you who have Motif and can't wait for a statically- linked binary, check out http://www.csua.berkeley.edu/~gimp/ for an *amazing* programming effort to port a Photoshop-like tool to UNIX. I grabbed the source and with some very minor fiddling (like adding in some #includes), compiled it cleanly into a 264K binary. I'll make a statically-linked binary and contribute it back to the maintainers. For a beta (hell, even a finished app), the GIMP is very impressive. Forget xpaint, this thing'll blow you away. -- Brian Tao (BT300, taob@io.org) Systems Administrator, Internex Online Inc. "Though this be madness, yet there is method in't"
