To enable the antirealy functionality you must modify the stock
sendmail.cf with the rules in /etc/mail.  Then the aformentioned files
will work.

Read the README and the comments, they should tell you what does what.

All domains must resolve to an IP address.  If it doesn't then someone has
a nameserver screwup.
