Hello I'm experiencing some strange inetd behaviour. I cvsuped my sources and made world today (sunday) with no errors. Now to the fun part: When I run inetd from the command line, it won't start, complains about: inetd[7971]: -a (null): servname not supported for ai_socktype inetd[7973]: -a (null): servname not supported for ai_socktype Now, if I run it like inetd -a 127.0.0.1 it starts perfectly. Also, I did it for all the IP addresses of the system and in each and every one of them, it started OK. What am I missing? Why it won't work?
