I had gunziped hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz and compared hdf5-1.6.5.tar's md5 string with offical site's hdf5-1.6.5.tar.md5 file, it is same. So I think this one is right. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: --- patch-hdf5.diff begins here --- Index: distinfo =================================================================== RCS file: /home/ncvs/ports/science/hdf5/distinfo,v retrieving revision 1.14 diff -u -p -a -r1.14 distinfo --- distinfo 7 May 2006 13:32:25 -0000 1.14 +++ distinfo 29 Apr 2007 15:57:53 -0000 @@ -1,3 +1,3 @@ -MD5 (hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz) = bb2ba892f556ae82a1d9d0bd3167a85e -SHA256 (hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz) = 407bf0954962b6865e4f2e57789028c18f60224e60aea70b285ade7072bab4e0 +MD5 (hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz) = 67187b3253b89f1f41756b7fd4396ecf +SHA256 (hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz) = 85b7cfc1e34db544fa93f5bf7effe189a5e1eb97f0cfa7b212adc11915a756b2 SIZE (hdf5-1.6.5.tar.gz) = 4930666 --- patch-hdf5.diff ends here --- >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
