Tell us more about these motherboards, i.e.

1. Who makes them? 
2. What type of cache / memory populate them?
3. BIOS
4. Peripherals attached?

Generally you should not have a problem, specifically
there are many MB manufacturers - some with better
compatability reputatioins than others.
