Have a Dell Inspiron 8500 and tried upgrading from 256 MB to 2048 MB and the FreeBSD 5.3 Release can't seem to handle it, complaining about the Ethernet and IRQ conflicts in general and an inability to do a dump, where it then just shuts down.
