The actual error is unrelated (and also not in this really long e-mail). It
appears to be:

mv -f dtparserparse.h dtparser.y.h
mv: rename dtparserparse.h to dtparser.y.h: No such file or directory
*** [dtparser.y.h] Error code 1

I suspect this is some sort of race with -j?
