I recovered the filesystems manually with suscess (fsck said that filesystems were marked clean), but after the reboot the machine won't boot. The kernel is loaded, devices were checked and when it tried to remount filesystems it said "vnpage fault ... syncing disks ... rebooting". I loaded a different kernel than the default, because I thought "may be the problem is in the default kernel", but there was no sucsess. Does anybody have an idea what is the problem in fact? I need a suggestion or a solution how to repair my system. regards, Vladimir To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
