I'm having trouble filing a bugreport about send-pr not
working.  I used the send-pr web interface, and perhaps just
haven't allowed it enough time to be processed, but neither
of the previous two I sent (2nd duplicating 1st) have
worked, either, and they were send yesterday and this
morning, respectively.

Any chance of this getting fixed...?
