I read right through the man page on printcap and completely overlooked the # sign. I guess that was one of those duh moments....Anyway, I changed my entry from mx=0 to mx#0 and everything is happy happy. FYI...our site prints lots of very large documents...they range from 300 pages to 12 BOXES of paper...I'm just glad I don't have to read it all. The printers also vary from HP LaserJet 4 SI/MX to a Xerox 4635MX (135pages/min). Thanks for everyone's help. I certainly appreciate it.
