  Simplify netbsd-tests.test.mk
  
  - projects/bmake and subsequent commits provide SRCTOP; there's no need to
    manually specify it now.
  - Use OBJROOT, not OBJDIR for defining MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX relative paths as a
    followup to projects/bmake.
  - Compute a sane default for TESTSRC
