I've not been using this for ages, but I see a new release on github so 
maybe the port needs updating.

I don't know how active upstream development is though.

This is not easy to answer without details, but I'll risk saying grafana 
is great and can be a great replacement, but not a "dropin" replacement. 
Work, maybe a lot of it, will be needed to replace an existing setup.
