I'm just going to end up placing a call to Juno/Denver about it. Needinfo@Juno.com, sounds like an account that someone made for the some purpose of mailing this list. I say (and still say), just add Juno to the filters, amongst Hotmail and some other choice/problematic domains. It seems that most of the people on the list have an account with an internet provider with some decent reputation, or their place of employment furnishes their mail account.
