That's a SIGSYS "non-existent system call invoked". However, in this case it probably means that either there's some sort of hardware problem with your system or that your system is not capable of running a recent version of FreeBSD -- 8Mb is cutting it pretty fine: probably too fine. Check the archives, but I believe you need at least 12Mb to install 4.x.
