Hy, i've a tyan tiger s2460 dual athlon motherboard, with two thunderbirds 1.4Ghz, a ati radeon 64ddr, 256 corsair ddr ecc registered memory, a maxtor 40GB 133 over a promise ultra133 tx2 controller, a realtek lan and a crystal sound card. My big problem is that i've many problems when i activate the smp support into the kernel (apic), when i try to make install of xfree or kde, the processus stop and i have a error 1 (sometimes core dumped), from now ago 3 days i try every possibility in my bios, into the kernel (apm, apic, scsi, xxx) and that don't work, is that normally ? Is it an incompatibility behind bsd and my motherboard (bios) ? Is that because i run two thunderbirds and not mp cpus ? Please help me...
