Sorry for being terse on the last message, but I had to run away and, 
since I'm on vacation, my Internet connection is pretty limited.

The reason you didn't see a mention to hid2hci was not that I wanted to 
take full credit or anything else mean, it was just that this utility is 
still in development phase and I didn't worry (yet) about adding proper 
comments in the code.

But as you can see now, the C source file already mentions your name.
