>Organization:
Roble Systems
>Environment:
FreeBSD roble1.roble.com 5.3-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE-p5
>Description:
The latest proftpd port 1) fails to respect the proftpd.conf in
/usr/local/etc as did prior ports, breaking upgrades, 2) places the proftpd.conf.dist in /usr/local/share/examples/proftpd/etc/proftpd.conf, 3) fails to respect the prior location of the proftpd binary,
placing the new one in /usr/local/sbin instead of /usr/local/libexec,
and 4) fails to check for proftpd in /etc/inetd.conf before installing
a startup script in /usr/local/etc/rc.d.

>How-To-Repeat:
cd /usr/ports/ftp/proftpd
make && make deinstall reinstall clean
