I rebuilt the pkgdb.db  but all the other files are gone...
Now portupgrade  thinks  no  packages  are installed.
gnome-upgrade.sh aborts  because it cannot handle  'nilclass'  string.

Any tips to  get back  my  list  of installed packages?
