I probably ought to MFC this to kill another mktemp(3) from the tree. It's
the same thing that I committed a couple weeks back aside from the line
numbers.

Also, I frequently see "foo.h" instead of <foo.h> for including system wide
headers in the older source. Is this something that should be changed, or
does the fact that it works fine mean it should stay the same?
