Hello, I am sorry but I do not unerstand the problem. There are two dynamically linked libraries found in the java executable. What would be wrong with this? For example /bin/kill: # ldd kill kill: libc.so.7 => /lib/libc.so.7 (0x2807d000) Same kind of information. Please -specify- what could be wrong with this so that we can hopefully help you. Do note that the documentation team is not here to help you with src and/or port problems there are other lists that are more effective in helping you here (freebsd-java@ for example). That said: thanks for using FreeBSD and taking the time to report this. Hopefully we can help you resolve the problem so that you can use the operating system with joy :) cheers, remko -- /"\ Best regards, | remko@FreeBSD.org \ / Remko Lodder | remko@EFnet X http://www.evilcoder.org/ | / \ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | Against HTML Mail and News
