We've taken this system and slightly customized it to our
installation... currently running on a FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE box with MySQL
as the backend, web accessible on the frontend.

Quite nice, highly configurable, decently powerful.  4 techs supporting
about 50 users in house and remote.
