Thta's correct.  The second CD contains a fully installed system you can
use as a reference (and just about boot from); the third disc contains the
ports tree; and the fourth disc has some extras on it.

More or less.  You should find the details on your hardware (the irq/port
settings) then enter the visual configuration.  Remove what you don't have
(but leave sc0 and psm0!) and configure what you do have so they are at
the proper settings.
