Pav, The default dovecot startup script does not depend on rcorder, I simply wanted to add it in order to simplify customisation. Based upon the user feedback that I've received, I now deem that it was a violation of POLA to have added it as the default in the 1.0.a3 release, thus the changes suggested here.
