I don't think so. You will be offered a partition menu during the installation process. To install FreeBSD you will have to delete the extended DOS partition (F:) to free space for FreeBSD. You can also run FDISK and delete the second (extended DOS) partition before running the FreeBSD installation script. Later during the installation process you will be asked for installtion of the boot loader. Install it.
