Currently, GEOM does not work on >pc98. Why do you remove GEOM support, even though you know this >problem? First of all, exactly 50% of the reports I have say that GEOM works on pc98, so it is _not_ true that "GEOM does not work on pc98". It may be that "GEOM does not work on some pc98", and I'm currently investigating the data you have sent to find out why it is so. Consequently, it is perfectly sensible for me to assume that whatever the remaning problem is, we can solve it before R-day, and therefore progress on the route to a much more multi-arch friendly libdisk/sysinstal. In the meantime it would be valuable to get more data, I can't belive that only two PC98 machines, on of which is in Denmark, run -current ? -- Poul-Henning Kamp | UNIX since Zilog Zeus 3.20 phk@FreeBSD.ORG | TCP/IP since RFC 956 FreeBSD committer | BSD since 4.3-tahoe Never attribute to malice what can adequately be explained by incompetence.
