Here are a couple of gripes, I've got the newest src/, and i've been following everything with 'how you're supposed to do it' and i'm to `make installworld` EXCEPT, it gets angry at me :-P During 'Installing Everything ...' it starts in "include" and goes: creating osreldate.h from newvers.sh touch: not found *** Error code: 127 ${OTHERMSGS} And fails, I'm at a loss for explaination since touch shows up in $PATH... I'm confused :P Second gripe, I have a Sun 15" Monitor, and a Type 5 keyboard, which I prefer to use over my crappy 166Mhz xterminal/laptop, the input into this same box feels like it's at 300 baud, if I type to fast, or speedy in any respect, it seems to lose characters, typing in 'make installworld' comes out as "meinsalwl" Given that 'a', 'e', and 'i' showed up, I think I can rule out the infamous "Beastie vowel bug" (ok, I made it up, but that'd be one comical bug) Is this something to do with the driver involved in keyboard i/o or what? NetBSD doesnt have this prob...nevermind ;) -R.
