where does one send corrections/clarifications for documentation=20
related to FreeBSD?

In the document
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/handbook/mac-glossary.html

The line:
=95 sensitivity: Usually used when discussing MLS. A =
sensitivity level=20
is a term used to describe how important or secret the data should be.=20=

As the sensitivity level increases, so does the importance of the data.

Is inaccurate. It should read "As the sensitivity level increases, so=20
does the importance of the secrecy (or confidentiality) of the data".

The data doesn't necessarily become more important; rather the=20
importance of not disclosing the data is increased.
