Yeah, I have the xdev stuff installed. It kinda seems like just using this xdev stuff isn't sufficient. It seems u-boot might require some gcc-centric items (though I'm unsure what they are). >=20 > > It seems people have successfully built FreeBSD for ARM. It seems that fbsd has a really hard time booting on the rpi. I'm getting this error pretty much 90% of the time when I try to boot: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-arm/2014-January/007228.html I'll play around with things a bit more. I have a semi-functional system now. I mainly want to be able to build my own images so I can publish nightly builds of my ASLR work now that Oliver and I just added support for [nearly all|all] architectures fbsd supports. --hoZxPH4CaxYzWscb Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (FreeBSD) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJTPPxRAAoJEGqEZY9SRW7ue5kP/RDMjsitLynhZ4vDglrAil4B 5N8H5TWKCu9Xrjb5uSQLNKzdPSYA0+6eKpd4fuRH/gnAnLgECfdMQ2ERSJ3+9uk6 Zw7vcKc0OVo+QVeaFpNDK2GwOMTwwTGYB1CptmBWgQZGXvkIJj9/kSO+tB8VGbdh dz8MdDzDjrfX4BFW59rgkvK/HU+kEk+nIoOPnXZx/pxgjEcDYA8Io1ZTa1NvG6VX qTpe0scCSF9LETLm+R4PXAkTTZetVp4O0bCbRDWoJ91xYpDaf4syAe5QSx2d5OjY ys/WyKmBe4RSfpZBV3Fde/VuoceTiU2MHPITLLZwESFt4WDTs082ngumoEGFN2QB eRETDK6HTQnDQEm5+N6cc2bMiPTPAGsqr0dwQFTtvP+EcUT43yf4gQd1H0nHyK1V JMNm3PzNlxTW56dMAY33dA8dVxdayMaINUvdjZQcwJCRSPQFWoV5QpIRebjLiun0 +RnzmFXPyWx8SrYaAlNwnAgwhaxuw1eJClP1RwjOtStt2K08WQHm2Ihgt6/adtGr wc4g9/esevK8WUixgANJEqEXEZGwYrhHYNBgIB3V4uO28lCrwQHIplX1a/pwziRI +t2WLNLB6q64pDYtSzxHh6Zb99rvE2XFFvVyCKP9rOFyjnSoCKPeZb13bAZ+7ZeQ aENm5xx+fNEi81YF3xOI =Vwkx -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --hoZxPH4CaxYzWscb--
