setenv INFOPATH /usr/share/info
info uucp

should start you in the right direction.  (This presumes you installed
the info distribution, of course 8)

Essentially, look at the files in /etc/uucp; they're pretty self-explanatory,
although you'll have to read the infopages to setup over TCP.)
