Good point. you can fix by ${REPLACE_CMD} %%PTHREAD_FLAGS%%,
or someghing like that.
in this freamwork you do not sign Joint Copyright Assignment (JCA)
since you are not touching OOo's source.
I'll commit if you have PR #.
