I have freebsd 3.2 and have installed gnome but it seems that the only way to get any of running I have to use a xterm. Now I may doing it Wrong but after looking at the .xinitrc it said gnome-session & afterstep now I do not usually use afterstep and I have never set it up this way before; of course that is probably because I am oringally from the Linux world. I have to say other wise this is the most stable OS I have ever used. thanks for your help.
