That depends on what you mean by Swedish...

I suggest you read the following:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/using-localization.html

If you're using X11 and KDE, there are a language pack for swedish you
could install:
/usr/ports/misc/kde3-i18n-sv
