I've heard that line for almost 2 years now.  I've yet to be convinced
that this line is anything but someone's good idea that'll never come to
fruition.  (Kind of like my idea that I'm going to re-write CVS in a
master-slave setup. :)

Except that Perl is actually used in FreeBSD, and TCL isn't.
