Hi,
I tried to start ftpmail-1.23 program.
It said 'can't lock xxxx file'.
I saw it uses a function FLOCK. (I'm not sure about the func name)
May be I have to change some kernel configuration option to
allow this function ot work.

Please help me to start it.
