In math/ceres-solver and graphics/colmap removing USES=3Dcompiler:openmp sh=
ould
be fine because it has no effect until bug 199603 is fixed. However, some C=
lang
architectures like armv6 and armv7 still lack libomp thus use GCC via
USES=3Dcompiler:gcc-c++11-lib.

I've also dropped maintainership in ports r563450.
